These are the guidelines issued by KLBD to our restaurants so please ensure your food arrives correctly packaged:
1) The food container should be placed within a paper or plastic carrier bag which should be folded at the top and taped closed with Restaurant or KLBD tape or labels.
2) This bag should then be placed within a second plastic carrier bag and once again folded at the top and similarly taped closed.
If your food does not arrive packaged as described, you are advised to complain to the restaurant and also to notify the KLBD, including full details of the order and delivery, with photos if possible.
The following Thistly Cross Ciders are now KLBD Certified with or without the logo. It has come to our attention that some tubs of Peanut Hottie Peanut Butter & Chocolate Flavour Hot Drink have been mis-labelled with a KLBD Parev logo when they are in fact KLBD Dairy.
Please note that Peanut Hottie Peanut Butter and Peanut Hottie Peanut Butter & Chocolate are certified KLBD Dairy only when bearing a KLBD D logo (or a mis-labelled KLBD logo as explained above).
Products not bearing the KLBD logo are neither kosher certified nor approved.
