The job holder will be expected to understand the operations of the community building, and to help deliver a high-quality general service that meets the expectations of service users and staff.
You will be required to ensure site security is always maintained, setting-up events and clearing up after; and ensure maintenance, cleanliness, safety of the building and grounds, including all furniture and equipment; and to carry out cleaning services.
The main duties of the role are:
- Cleaning, maintenance, safety of the building equipment inside and out is adequately maintained.
- Responsibility to ensure the building is secure, locked.
Proven experience as a Handyperson within a similar environment would be a strong advantage.
