This February half-term Tribe, the youth of the United Synagogue, took fifty children to the XC Centre, a world-class sports facility in Hemel Hempstead, for a fantastic day out.

The group all had the chance to take on the high ropes -where after being harnessed, participants can safely jump from one piece of apparatus to the next twelve metres off the ground. There was also the opportunity to have a try at artificial caving.

Andrew Goldman, Tribe Kids Project Executive commented: “The Tribe visit to the XC Centre was huge fun for everyone.  We were delighted with the turn out and all the activities the group took part in – a great Tribe experience. The caving was particularly tough but the group took it in their stride.”

Louis Peleg said, “The activities at the XC Centre really challenged us to be brave and adventurous! It was great to meet new people my age. This is the best outing I’ve been on in ages. Thanks Tribe.”

Tribe have many more events coming up in the near future, including a trip on Lag Ba’Omer and another one to Cadbury World.
