Community Administrator – Stanmore

Full-time, Permanent, 35 hours per week

Salary: £25,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proficient Administrator to provide professional administrative support to the staff, lay-leaders and to the community. You will ensure optimum recording and communication of information and to facilitate events.

The ideal candidate will ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered to the communities, whilst actively promoting the United Synagogue in the local community. The role also includes deputising for the Community Manager.

You will possess strong administrative experience and effective customer care skills. You must be able to demonstrate strong computing skills including intranet-based systems, Microsoft Office and the practical use of Social Networking Sites.

You should be capable of working under pressure within tight deadlines with attention to detail. Also, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times. In addition, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good knowledge of Jewish customs and practices.

Interview date:  Week commencing 30th October 2017
