Rishon is the exciting Sunday morning cheder programme offered at Muswell Hill Synagogue. We have been teaching Jewish education to young people for 20 years, instilling a love and real knowledge of Judaism, as well as solid instruction in Hebrew reading every term-time Sunday morning.
Our small and friendly community of teachers, parents and pupils welcomes an experienced teacher who has the ability to work effectively with children of all ages, as well as be empathetic, confident, enthusiastic, friendly, and flexible and maintain a high personal integrity. While we hope to continue teaching in person, we also expect the ability for teaching on-line should circumstances dictate.
