£6,240 per annum per annum
Part-time, 12 hours per week - Flexible
The job holder will be expected to understand the operations of the community building, and to help deliver high quality general service that meets the expectations of service users and staff.
You will be required to ensuring site security is always maintained, setting-up events and clearing up after; and ensure maintenance, cleanliness, safety of the building and grounds, including all furniture and equipment; and to carry out cleaning services.
The main duties of the role are:
• Cleaning, maintenance, safety of the building equipment inside and out is adequately maintained.
• Responsibility to ensure the building is secure, locked.
Proven experience as a Handyperson within a similar environment would be a strong advantage.
