Salary £30,000 pa
Reporting to the Senior Caretaker, the main duties, but not limited to, will include:
- Ensuring the building, grounds, and landscape areas of the Synagogue are tidy, cleaned and properly maintained.
- Understanding the operations of the Synagogue and support the Honorary Officers by delivering a high-quality service that meets the expectations of the Synagogue’s members.
- Liaising with the Synagogue Office on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Caretaker/Cleaner within a similar environment and be able to work well as a member of the Synagogue Team. The post holder will be expected to work to tight deadlines, maintain good customer care skills, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility. In addition, you should be organised, self-motivated, adaptable and possess good communication skills.
This post requires an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check (previously CRB).
