Chigwell & Hainault Synagogue is an exciting, growing community of 900 families, including many with children under 21. We are looking to employ an Associate Rabbinic Couple who will engage the youth, and young families; as well as supporting our Senior Rabbi and Rebbetzen.
You will provide a range of services that inspire the young families in the community. Core tasks include:
• Attend daily and Shabbat service
• Run youth services and Yom Tov explanatory services
• Perform pastoral duties and life cycle events, such as weddings, shiva homes and bikur cholim (as required)
• Assist the Senior Rabbi and Lay Leaders
