"A different Kind of Trip, For People Who Want to Make a Difference. Tribe's All New Year 9 Social Action Trip"

50 participants had an amazing time this February 2019. The trip had an emphasis on social action and volunteering across various organisations in Israel. This was followed by a Jerusalem symposium that brought the sites, atmosphere and relevance of Jerusalem to life in a very dynamic way.

The programme included volunteering with charities that focus on the poor and needy, disadvantaged people and those suffering from ill health. In addition we visited places that taught us the history of ancient Jerusalem, made our way through Yad Vashem and spent a spectacular Shabbat together in the magical city.

This powerful experience was all about our heritage, our synagogue communities in London, our social responsibility and establishing new friendships.
