Completing this form is not a guarantee of a place at Tribe Summer Schemes or Tribe Summer Camp. Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you.

Once you get to the end of the form, you will be taken to World Pay to make your payment so you will need a credit card to complete this process.

You can make applications for up to five children at a time and pay for them all together.
