  • Tribe Education Assistant

    Description: Reporting to the Community Division Operations Manager you will be required to provide administrative support to the Education Department.

    The main duties will include:
    - To be responsible for general enquiries on the phone and e-mail for the Education Department as well as for specific team projects.
    - To be for a part of the overall admin team in relation to general office duties which include the franking of post, maintaining stock levels of core office items and ordering office consumables and maintaining a tidy office.
    - Other duties will include diary management, assisting with the ordering and compilation of programme and resource packs and from time to time coordinating external meetings and note taking.

    The successful person will be expected to have a well developed sense of responsibility, ensure confidentiality is kept at all times, have good organisational and effective customer care skills and be self motivated and adaptable. The post holder will also be able to demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised, manage their own workload, and deliver results under pressure within tight deadlines and objectives.

  • Tribe Fieldworker
    Type: Tribe
    Department: Tribe
    Description: We are looking for a Fieldworker to enhance our programmes by visiting and facilitating events and programmes across our communities and centrally, across all departments.

    Reporting to the Tribe Teens Executive, you will also assist in the development of programming for Tribe Shabbatonim, Summer Camps and Summer Schemes and you will be a role model for the youth representing Tribe in our communities.

    The successful candidate will have the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels and will have proven experience of working with Jewish youth. The post holder will also be able to demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised, manage their own workload, and deliver results under pressure within tight deadlines and objectives.
