£23,000 per annum
35 hours per week – 5 days per week (including Sunday)
We are looking to appoint a full time member of the Chevra Kadisha to ensure the Burial Society continues to deliver an excellent service to its members.
You will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate in a compassionate manner with visitors and mourners and have the ability to deal with all matters relating to burial, cemetery maintenance and tombstone consecrations. You will also be required to hold a full driving licence, and be able to perform the Tahara in accordance with the prescribed rites.
Previous experience of a similar role would be advantageous.
